Peace House would like to honor and give thanks to all of the volunteers and donors who have participated in service to the community in the feeding of 21,000 people in 2020. Uncle Food’s Diner is celebrating 21000 meals. Uncle Food’s Diner is celebrating 21,000 meals served in 2020!

The Peace House / Uncle Food’s Diner tradition of providing wholesome nutrition for those who are unhoused or low-income has been busier than ever this past year serving over 100 meals a day. Their efforts have included outreach to those who are experiencing food insecurity due to lay-offs related to the COVID-19 shut-down as well as those affected by the Almeda fires. Many community organizations have stepped up to support the efforts of Uncle Food’s Diner with private donations and grants.
